1. Order Cancellation Conditions
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of their validation, provided they have not yet been shipped. In this case, you can directly contact our customer service to proceed with the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed since its confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Refund Procedure
